This is a discussion of listening in a deeper way within the analytic dyad, informed by the practice of using meditation and focusing.

About: Anna Christensen is a psychotherapist, LCSW, in private practice in NYC.  Anna is a long time Zen student and in 1997 received Dharma Transmission from her Zen Teacher Charlotte Joko Beck.  Anna is a teacher in the Ordinary Mind School and has a weekly meditation group.  She is a graduate of the Focusing Institute and is a Focusing Oriented Psychotherapist.
